Getting Started
Learn what WhatsApp SaaS does, who can use it, and the recommended setup order after you create an account.
Platform overview
WhatsApp SaaS is a WhatsApp Business automation platform. Connect your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API number, build visual bot flows, assign human agents for live chat, run broadcast campaigns, and optionally integrate via REST API.
Core modules include:
- WhatsApp Settings — API credentials, webhook, templates
- Bot Flows — Visual automation builder with triggers and AI nodes
- Live Chat — Agent inbox with assignment and mobile PWA
- Contacts & Campaigns — Audience management and broadcasts
- AI Settings — Connect OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini for smart replies
- Developer API — Send messages programmatically
User roles

Recommended first steps

Register or log in
Create your account at Sign Up or log in if you already have one.

Choose a plan
Most features require an active subscription. Free plans may be available depending on platform configuration.

Connect WhatsApp
Go to WhatsApp Settings and enter your Meta Cloud API credentials. See the WhatsApp Setup guide.

Build your first bot flow
Create a flow with a keyword trigger (e.g. "hi") and a welcome message. See Bot Flows.

Add agents (optional)
Invite team members under Agents so they can handle live conversations.

Install the agent app
Agents can install the PWA from
/appfor mobile-friendly live chat.
Dashboard tour
After login, the dashboard shows key stats: recent messages, active conversations, subscription usage, and quick links to main features. Navigation is in the sidebar:
- Chat — Live inbox for customer conversations
- Bot Flows — Create and edit automation flows
- Contacts — Manage audience, groups, and tags
- Campaigns — Schedule broadcast messages
- Agents — Manage team members
- Settings — WhatsApp, AI, Developer API
Subscriptions & limits
Plans control how many messages you can send and how many bot flows you can create. Message usage increments on inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages. When your plan expires or limits are reached, gated features redirect you to the plans page.
